TERMS & CONDITIONS: By placing an order with Your Image Promoted, (hereinafter referred to as SELLER or WE), you (hereinafter referred to as BUYER or YOU) are subject to these terms. All orders subject to acceptance by main office.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is required when you place an order. All payments to be made to Your Image Promoted.
GARMENT SIZES: Since each garment is made by hand, sizes may vary from one shirt to the next. We cannot guarantee size consistency.
You are responsible for ordering the correct sizes for your group. We make every effort on each product page to provide sizing information.
TRADEMARKS: All items are custom made to your specifications. We can only produce designs containing trademarked images that are approved by the Licensor of the trademark. If your design contains a trademarked or copywrited images owned by a third party you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner or agent to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf. We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement on designs submitted by you and manufactured by you. By submitting a design of a copy written or trademarked design, you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner or agent to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf and shall indemnify, defend and hold Seller and its officers, shareholders, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages and costs, including legal fees and costs, in any infringement actions as a result fo printing or embroidering the artwork.
SHIPPING LIABILITY: We are not responsible for damage or loss to your order in transit. Any damage or tampering with your order must be reported immediately to the carrier.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: We have rigorous inspection procedures. Every single item in your order is inspected for construction quality and decoration quality. If any item in your order contains a defect in manufacturing or decoration, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
While it is not possible to replace defective items, we will either issue a refund for the specific items you are unhappy with or, recall the entire order and issue you a full refund. If we recall the order, we will pay the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept or refund any garments that have been washed or worn.
RETURN POLICY: All items are custom made to your specifications. We do not accept returns except as allowed by our manufacturing defects policy.
ARTWORK AND DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY DESIGNS: We retain ownership of all original artwork and digitized embroidered designs. You retain ownership of artwork you submitted to us. However, by submitting artwork, you grant Seller a license to modify, reuse, resell, your artwork for any purpose including using your artwork or digitized embroidered design in promotional materials.
By placing an order with Seller, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order.
